Terms and Conditions

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use VendoNX
• You must be a legitimate service vendor operating in India
• One mobile number can be registered to one vendor account only
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP
• You must provide accurate business information during registration

You agree to use VendoNX only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent customer or service data
• Use the app to harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to customers
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app's code or features
• Share your account credentials with other individuals
• Use the app in any manner that could damage or disrupt the platform

VendoNX is currently in beta and is provided "as is." While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features without prior notice during the beta period.

You retain full ownership of the business and customer data you enter into VendoNX. By using the app, you grant VendoNX a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the services described in the app. We do not claim any ownership over your business data.

VendoNX enables you to send SMS reminders to your customers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your customers have consented to receive such messages. VendoNX will not be liable for any complaints or regulatory issues arising from messages sent without proper consent.

VendoNX is a tool to help you organize your business. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including lost customers, revenue, or data, arising from use or inability to use the app. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to fees paid by you to VendoNX, if any, in the past 3 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of VendoNX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. We will notify you via the app or WhatsApp. Continued use of the app following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
