- Customer data: Names, contact numbers, and service history that you enter into the app

- To send service reminder SMS messages on your behalf to your customers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data with any third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:
- Firebase (Google): For OTP verification and push notifications
- SMS gateway providers: Solely to send customer reminders on your behalf
- Internal admin team: To manage vendor accounts and resolve support issues

As a vendor, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before entering their contact details into VendoNX. You agree to use customer data only for legitimate service purposes and not to misuse it for unsolicited marketing or spam.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you via the app or WhatsApp when significant changes are made. Continued use of VendoNX after changes means you accept the updated policy.
